The Vote of Confidence for Congress will be an Approval rating. If Congress fails the Vote of Confidence, then they Must resign, as they are not upholding their promise to be the voice of the American people.
If Congress passes the vote of Confidence, then they are allowed to stay in office, with restrictions on pay and benefits.
We have the right to Change the Government if it is not working in our best interests, and it is obvious at this point in time that this Congress in not working in the best interests of Americans.
