Establish a Vote of No Confidence law for Senate, House and Executive positions in the event of a future stand-off.

Created by J.P. on October 17, 2013

Unlike EVERY other democratic and parliamentary government, America has NO option for it's citizens to cast a vote of NO CONFIDENCE in the government's officials when stand-offs occur. THIS SHOULD CHANGE. A local vote should be made available to States wishing new leadership in the event that an effective compromise cannot be reached between the parties.
