Establish a Voter Protection Rule that States have to follow before receiving any Federal Funding from Gov't Agencies.

Created by C.T. on June 25, 2013

Until Congress pass a permanent law, all funding requests, by states and congressional districts, to the government agencies managed by the Executive Branch, should be rejected if the states enact laws that suppress the voting rights of its citizens, e.g., Voter ID, long lines, elimination of early voting days, etc.
