The right of living United States Citizens to vote ONCE EACH and ONLY ONCE EACH is a privilege that must be honored throughout the United States and her possessions.

The establishiment of a Voter's Photo Identification Card would accomplish the ends of providing for fair elections, elimination of election fraud and suspicions of same, and would act as a proof of citizenship. It would carry not only a photograph of the owner, but also a thumbprint and the social security number of the owner.
