A comprehensive list of all legislation that President Obama has signed is needed. The laws should be summarized in short sentences followed by bullet points of all key aspects of the law (with additional explanation if required).
The existing paragraph summaries are too difficult to read, too wordy, do not describe important features and are not easily locatable. The President's speeches only contain short summaries, omitting critical details, and lead to confusion among listeners due to missing explanations.
Additionally, the President should send several knowledgeable and well-spoken individuals out to town hall meetings across the US who would use this list to explain the laws to all people (ie, clear and factual explanations of content of health care law, debt ceiling law, etc).
