Let "We the People" decide where to use the force of "ARMS." Voting on many issues,monthly,would guide our lawmakers to real desires of those who elect them. The first letter in one's first name would determine, on which day of each month; that every Citizen would vote for issues proposed by our legislators. Each of us would give 9 months of military service. No lifers
