This petition is very pertinent to MEXICO and Mexico's citizens particularly poorer people) and how they and U.S.A. are affected. It will be helpful to Mexicans if entities similar to Habitat of Humanity known by past president Jimmy Carter, if Capulli, newer cities and affordable homes arebuilt in the now empty valleys of Mexico.
