THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, being a country founded on the Natural Law principles of liberty, equality and dignity of man; being a UN leader for securing the basic rights of all peoples throughout the world, being adherent to the UN Charter prohibiting Acquisition of lands by Annexation and having early established a foreign policy of "balanced approach" towards the parties in the Near East beginning with the Eisenhower Administration, HEREBY DECLARES its intent to sponsor effective MANDATORY UN DEADLINES for the withdrawal of all military and foreign civil forces from all Palestinian Territories as outlined, located and described pursuant to UN Resolution 242, the UN Plan For The Partition of Palestine and as were identified prior to the 1967 Arab-Israel War.
