We, the undersigned citizens of different countries of the world, considering the influence and the role of the US in democratic world, petition the White House:
1. To nip in the bud Russia's activity on rousing separatism in Ukraine and defend Ukrainian independence and sovereignty within its borders on the basis of Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances of 1994;
2. To initiate with the EU a recovery program for Ukraine like the Marshall Plan with strict reform obligations and international audit.
