Euthanize Those Who are Caught In The Act Of Beating, Raping, Or Have Murdered A Child

I believe that we as the people of The United States Of America. We need to make a serious life changing decision to save the lives of many children. Death and killing is never an easy subject matter to discuss. But everyday we have headlines of more children being raped, dumped in trash cans, being murdered, tortured, and starved. These are situations children should not be exposed to. And these things should not be happening in general. I believe it is the right thing to do by taking action. When these people are caught in the act of raping, torturing, starving, beating, or its very clear they were the ones who murdered the child. That we hold a small trial that does not take longer then a month to charge them and euthanize them within that time. It should be guilty until proven innocent
