To Evaluate all officers for on duty PTSD which has lead to violence against society.

I believe that many issues with police violence have been caused by on duty PTSD, Because of this may officers are injuring innocent civilians. My Petition is that all officers be taken and tested every 3 months to verify that they are not showing signs of PTSD and if so be removed and treated, this will ease the amount of lawsuits as well as curve the anger shown by many officers in the field.
The police have a hard job of dealing with many criminals but after time issues lead to stress and officers can not distinguish the difference between a law abiding citizen and a real criminal. This form of PTSD leads to many law abiding citizens to be abused and their civil liberties taken away.
