evaluate Idaho's discriminatory law against Gays and Lesbians.

Created by C.K. on February 11, 2014

This law introduced by Rep. Luker, discriminates against Gays and Lesbians to work. People of religious backgrounds can be denied from a job due to their sexual orientation. Likewise, this bill also effects single mothers as well. If this religious group feels that this infringes on their religious beliefs, they have the "right" to turn one down for a job.

This highly discriminatory law clearly violates the 14th amendment. Clearly allowing the discrimination against gays and lesbians, openly in public as well. Yes, in Idaho, the LGBT community is small and very limited.

However, we must act to stop this discrimination because our country was founded upon "all men are created equal."

I live in Idaho, my high school has a gay club. We cannot tolerate this blatant discrimination.
