evaluate the use/abuse and cost of Worker's Compensation Claims and personnel claims from the auto insurance industry.

Created by P.K. on December 11, 2012

Efforts have been made to evaluate and reduce costs of Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security Disability. THere was has been no movement to look at the high costs of worker's compensation claims and personnel injury claims. Costs range from worker extended days off work, providers who over treat, medications(narcotics) which are on-going. Little effort is made to determine causal relationship of injury versus prior history of treatment for same condition, benefit of extensive treatment programs, employer support to get employee back to work. Worker's Compensation claims are in the billions. Often an individual can easily have a worker's compensation claim, personnel injury claim and be obtaining benefits from Social Security.
