Evaluate the USPS and restructure current operating procedures to increase efficiency.

The United States Postal Service has been getting a bad rap lately. USPS has been becoming noticeably less effective and more of a pain to deal with, along with often falling very short of what used to simply be expected. Weather it's current employees the current operating procedures or something else entirely, It is clearly no longer working. USPS used to be a viable way of sending packages and mail, but myself along with many others I've seen would now rather pay a good deal more to go with a private company every time as opposed to having to deal with the problems that USPS now almost inherently comes with. I feel an evaluation of employees an standard operating procedures could shed light on the issue so we can change what needs to change again making USPS effective and profitable.
