that every American Citizen should have the right to have off any American Holiday.

I believe it's not right for major and small businesses have the right to decide who works on a major American Holiday. I believe the federal government should step in to give every American citizen the right to have off any major American Holiday of their choosing (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, ect.) Then if the business doesn't have enough employment staff for that day then they close for that ONE day.
