That Every American Should Be Treated As Equals And That Medical Bills Should Be Exacting The Same Amount

That every American should be equally charged the exacting same amount as any other American under All Forms of Health Care; that these amounts should never rise above $1,500.00 for Emergency situations, $500.00 for doctoral visits and $500.00 for any other visit pertaining to other costly health care issues such as dental, eye and hearing care. That all Americans should be charged as stated above and that The Government should meet any left over bill pertaining to All American Citizens and any overstay in any said Hospital should also be met by The Government in bill charges to Citizens. That a citizen should be allowed to stay in said Hospital until such healing time has been appropriated by the doctor who oversee's care of the patient.
