Mr. President, by this petition, I am attempting to provide you with the means of seceding in peace. If you are to agree with the terms of these states seceding, then you should also issue a peace/protection treaty with each and every state, ensuring their safety as separate and young nation. I'm sure you know by doing this, would mean more than enough permanent allies. In conclusion, if these seceding states are to be seceded in peace, this petition will be turned into a new presidential law.
