For every dollar in foreign aid given, an equal amount must be given domestically for the benefit of the people.

We need to have a dollar for dollar equal distribution of money for domestic programs/aid every time the government decides to provide foreign aid/assistance. If we give a billion dollars to the Ukraine, then a billion dollars needs to be set aside for domestic programs that benefit people and not corporate America. If we spend 100 billion dollars to invade a country, we should allocate 100 billion dollars to support our own country. We continue to throw money to every country around the world at the first sign of trouble all the while we continue to ignore the social and economic problems plaguing our own country. If we have money to take care of someone else, then we should have the money to take care of ourselves as well.
