For every six months on unemployment, every person will add 10 hours of mandatory community service work per week.

There are too many people in America preferring to stay on unemployment benefits for the long-term. People on unemployment for 2 years should be doing mandatory 40 hours of community service per week. If they still want the unemployment check, let's all get something back for our money. Let's get the pot-holes filled, grass cut and litter picked up, etc.
