We the people of the United States feel our civil rights and liberties have been violated, we wish to peacefully seccede from the United States of America effective immediately, and reform the New Confederate States of America, where we the people, can excercise our rights as a state, exempt from unfair and unconstitutional laws that Obama is enacting as President. Furthermore, We the people of the New Confederate States of America effective immediately wish to enact a law that prohibits federal law from interfering with our own states laws.
