This Every Student Succeed Act ESSA work is directed to the 20% of students who fail in schools what is different from NCLB? These kids grow up into the 20% who fail to get good educations, good jobs and often are not financially self sufficient for life.
There is more to know on resolving the issues of our academically failing youth. Our DOE Educators and the National Institute of Health do not know or want this information.
