Evict the corporate person THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA from the constitutional North Carolina state republic.

Instead of letting a tyrannical, corporate person called THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, that presumes jurisdiction by brute force, that converts rights into privileges, that makes its own rules as it sees fit without input from its citizens to serve its own selfish interests at the expense of its members, including the brutish attack on the individual, why not remove the corporate person called THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, re-enact and reaffirm a federal constitutional state that grants the people their rights without requiring permits and observes the original intent of the state and national constitutions, follows the rule of law, and never ever attempts to prosecute someone for a pre crime or a victimless crime?
