Southern Regional Jail in Beaver West Virginia informed me that my brother died while on work release, but they don't have that program nor have they ever had it.
I have paperwork showing where he has signed it with the releasing officer signature but not the receiving officer signature.
I want to know why they said they did not have custody of my brother
