Pass a law requiring voters to take a test designed to prove that each American citizen, at the very least, has a basic understanding of the issues that America is facing on election day. If they don't comprehend what they are voting for and how that impacts this country, they shouldnt be allowed to vote. Voting is an incredible privilege that carries a great responsibility!
