Gersh Zavodnik, a political refugee from Ukraine, is abusing the US judicial system to profit under possible fraudulent circumstances.
He is causing harm and financial distress to US citizens, via a scheme involving interstate commerce and fraudulent claims. He is thereby commiting mail fraud, consumer fraud, and abusing the legal system to file frivolous claims against US citizens.
He may also have conspired with others to commit these actions, thereby possibly falling under RICO statutes.
While we support asylum for those in need, refugees should not be allowed to come here and harm US citizens.
