The exams are mental, emotional, and physical to help gauge a person's disabilities and need for assistance. The exam visits last 5 to 15 minutes including the time a person signs in until they leave from the exam. The examiner sends a long report to the agency who sent the person for the exam. The report implies that a long list of tests were done.. In reality, They hardly do any tests and the tests that they say they did would take more than 2 to 4 hours for a physical exam and 8+ hours for mental, emotional testing. They collect about $1,000+ per exam. The examiners get away with it.
