With the inception of the 21st Amendment and Prohibition being lifted, we as a nation have been given more freedom to not only purchase alcohol, but pursue our interests in brewing beer and wine. Given that we are allowed to maintain a specific quota deemed safe for personal consumption, I believe we should be allowed to distill alcohol into fine spirits without fear of prosecution from the Federal Government provided the following laws are adhered to, as a responsible adult of drinking age:
The head of a household may make up to 1/2 gallon of fine distilled liquor for personal and family consumption per year. These spirits shall be exempt from excise fees provided they are not sold. Ingredients that lead to poisonous byproducts are strictly prohibited. Fires can lead criminal prosecution.
