Examine the real costs of healthcare services and cap the prices to make healthcare affordable.

The high and rising costs of healthcare and insurance premiums are affecting every American, mostly in a negative way. The Affordable care act does not address the problem to the true reason of high prices for healthcare. The problem is the markup of medical services from 200% or higher depending on where you receive care. In this petition I'm asking for the Federal government to look at the true costs of medical services and to set a cap on them accordingly. This will make healthcare much more affordable. It will even lower the cost of insurance premiums. In fact you could even use the guidelines of the prices that medicare pays for services performed. Many people are afraid of getting the care that they need because of the costs involved; even with insurance. Please end the over billing.
