Please sign this petition to help us exchange lead bullets for tranquilizer darts (Darts Containing a Soporiferous Substance) to reduce killing of innocent suspects. Police throughout the country have access to or should have access to soporiferous devices such as that which are used to capture, monitor, tag, save, and set free wild animals in their natural habitats without harming them in anyway. They should use them. By signing this petition, we will seek legislation together requiring law enforcement to arm themselves in this manner and as necessary to treat suspects with all due respect under the law.
