Exclude the first 25,000 in income from Social Security tax and raise the maximum cap to 180,000 including capital gains

Created by E.T. on September 24, 2012

To address the problem with extreme income inequality, we need to shift the income window to a higher bracket putting more money in the hands of those who need it and taking it from those who can afford it. This will provide a stimulative effect on the economy expanding the demand curve and putting into practice the actual policies of Social Security onto the collection side. Treat Capital Gains as regular income for matters associated with Social Security.
