For too long, lobbyists in Washington D.C. have influenced the voting of our elected officials. End this corporate influence because we the people are not corporations and our wants and needs do not fit corporate molds. By throwing money at politicians and bribing them to vote a certain way, it takes away the democratic process and takes power away from the people. Let us bring government back to the will of the people and have our representatives actually represent us and not whoever has the most money.
