EXCLUDE PRN/PER DIEM EMPLOYEES from the Employer Shared Responsibility Provisions Under the ACA

For those of us who work in healthcare, we are aware of the many benefits of working solely PRN, as we are not offered health insurance. We ARE NOT offered these benefits while working PRN and this is usually due to, and in lieu of other perks we receive. By signing this petition we would enable the ability to continue working PRN, as many hours/wk as desired, without any penalty's or paycuts. This directly effects healthcare employees and businesses. If we pull together we could get this reform adjusted. PRN's should be excluded from this revision! WE SHOULD TAKE ALL CAREERS INTO CONSIDERATION PRIOR TO MAKING PROVISIONS/REVISIONS.
