Exclude the unemployed from the negative effects of the cuts caused and created as a result of the "Sequester".

Those who are out of work, especially the unemployed and underemployed should not have to be unjustly or unfairly punished for a horrible and senseless decision they had no part in creating. To inflict further pain on those who have been suffering financially and economically for a very long time is wrong, indecent and cruel. It hurts many of the most vulnerable in our country. If exceptions can be and have been made for other people and circumstances why not those who probably need the most help. The worst part about the "Sequester" is that there was no reason for it in the first place. The additional revenue in taxes, mostly from new jobs created before the end of 2013 will be roughly three times greater than the "Sequester" cuts. The injustice, inequity and insanity must end!
