We the people give President Obama and the Senate the right to create, vote, and implement a plan to raise the debt ceiling as needed, create a permanent extension of Bush tax cut rates for everyone below $300k, $150 billion in defense-related discretionary spending cuts, and extension of benefits for the unemployed. In addition, this petition excludes the House of Representatives from having a vote or the ability to influence this particular bill due their current disarray within their own party, incapability, incompetence, and desire to hinder the US economy, and global credit rating.
