Russian president's actions are aimed at maintaining terrorism in Ukraine and civilian casualties. The representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Security Council permanent blocks any condemnation of terrorism and their actions justify terrorist acts and groups that conduct regular Russian troops in eastern Ukraine, organized and trained in Russia. The Russian Federation is also active advocacy to discredit Ukraine on the world stage at her shifting their terrorist activities.
