Execute those people who commit a crime such as murder or rape in a timely manner by means of Lethal injection or Electrocution, and only if the person confesses to the crime, or scientific proof shows that without a doubt this person committed said crimes, or if a jury comes to the unanimous conclusion that said persons has been found guilty of such a crime. Furthermore, the taxpayer's money that would have gone to housing and feeding these people who usually get life in prison for their crimes could be used for something more useful.
