Execute an executive order stopping all clearance requirements for potential gov employees, Secret and below.

In today's job market, private sectors are cutting several jobs. Tea Party ideologies are creating atmospheres for federal job loss as well. An executive order instructing federal hiring to exclude the requirement that all potential seekers of secret and below clearance jobs must meet. The requirement hinders those who, by usual fault of poverty or up bringing that did not involve financial security, from obtaining clearance because of their credit history or report. One cannot ever escape debt if they are never given a fair and balanced chance. This executive order would increase candidate pools across the U.S., while adding more tax revenue and economical growth.
