Execute an executive order stopping all future wages and benefits to the legislature until an annual budget is passed.

Congress has not passed a budget since April 2009, and none have even been drafted. This is unacceptable. We the people demand that members of Congress do the job they were hired to do, and pass a budget bill immediately. Failure to do so should result in the same repercussions that would be found in the private sector: employment termination or suspension. No members of this branch should be paid for not doing their job.
