Whereas Article II of the US Constitution has vested power to the President of the United States to act as commander in chief of our military forces, and whereas God has appointed governments to be the sword to execute those who commit evil in our world, I petition you, Mr. President, in light of the continued slaughter of innocent people in the middle east to request and use all available military measures to execute justice to its fullest extent possible against the Islamic state for their acts of treason against humanity.
