Immediate Corporal Punishment or execution after trial with no re-trial. He forfeit his human rights and right to live when the first victim was executed. Make people see that we will no longer tolerate acts like this, no rotting in a cell for ages, no counseling psychiatric excuses or anything that will permit him to escape justice. Our tax money keeps a killer alive, and WE WILL NOT pay. A public execution will be sickening to watch but it will get the point across, that we will no longer tolerate behavior like this without serious and immediate repercussions. We have become WAY too tolerant of disgusting acts like this. The shooter didn't just take the lives of the 12, but also the lives of everyone those 12 knew, they will never be the same there will always be a void.
