Execute Sanctions against the Dominican Republic for Human Rights violations against Haitian decedents.

Due to recent development in the Dominican Republic, primarily their efforts to revoke Citizenship of thousands of Haitian decedents, as well as continued human rights violations, human trafficking, forced prostitution and indentured servitude. We need to send a clear message that we as a Nation will not tolerate these actions. Thereby ceasing the tourism, trade and all other forms of economic relations with the Dominican Republic until true reformation has occurred.
