Executive action to Impose a National Vote on imposing Term Limits on Congressional Seats

We the People of these United States hereby formal request to voice our own vote on the creation of term limits on the seat of Congress. Congress has become a sagnating pool of members whose sole concern is to line their own pockets from the hands of special interest groups denying the American people of the governing body we have been sorely in need of for decades. Subjects broached to this day have been argued and banded back and forth between members of Congress with no path to any compromise being seen. The members of Congress show themselves to be effective only at lying to secure their seats and then content to sit in them doing nothing until the very last moment causing issues for the nation and preying upont he peace of mind and security of the average American.
