The call for the use of body cameras by police departments across the U.S. stems from the recent surfacing of numerous videos where an officer used their fire arm. What's alarming is many of these instances end with the loss of civilian life. I think most citizens of the U.S. would agree that if there was a video to analyze after these tragedies it would make the investigations less harsh for both parties involved. That's why to combat this issue, I purpose President Obama to take executive action requiring all police officers in America to wear body cameras.
