Executive Appointments make appointments that represent the face of America by gender, race & nationality.

Both of President Obama's elections were made possible because of the votes of minorities and women. As of Jan 25th. his appointments have virtually ignored these groups. It has been predominantly male and 100% white. There is a need to diversify the executive to represent the views and experiences of minorities and women.
