The people of the United States, recognizing that we are responsible for electing the most powerful position in the civilized world, request that the 2016 Presidential Election be cancelled in favor of a Council of Governors. This council is necessary due to the lack of a qualified candidate. Donald Trump has never built anything that lasted and Hillary Clinton has not been successful or has performed poorly in all positions she has held. The council will primarily be responsible for reviewing, modifying and implementing a reformed electoral process, reviewing the government lobby and the legality thereof, the role of the federal government in state governance, creating a budget/debt crisis plan, foreign war engagement, free trade agreements, and the role of the corporation in the US.
