Executive Branch responsibilities when a state petitions to leave the United States of America.

Actions the Executive branch shall take when a state petitions to withdraw from the United States of America.
When the state petition exceeds 10% of the voters that were counted in the last federal election, the President shall inform both branches of Congress, direct each cabinet department to draft withdrawal plans for said state.
At 25% each cabinet department shall be required to notify each state of which activities will be withdrawn.
At 35% Treasury will notify all financial entities that State 'X' has petitioned to leave the USA and that all financial translations shall be considered as 'foreign'. DOD will start the draw down of all bases and inform the Governor of the state that they can purchase all National Guard equipment and provide the value of said equipment. At 49% finish.
