The Executive Branch should enforce the law and protect and seal our borders.

Created by D.K. on July 07, 2014

The Executive branch should enforce present immigration law as written and protect the sanctity and sovereignty of the United States. The President is not above the Constitution or above those laws passed by a duly elected Congress. Congress legislates, the President enforces the laws passed by Congress, pen or not. Violators of immigration laws should be processed and returned to their home countries as directed by law. Our borders are not protected. This is a failure of the system by our elected officials who do nothing about the situation for political reasons. The hemorrhaging at the border must cease. Troops needlessly stationed in European countries for decades, which only bolster those countries economies can be easily relocated here to stop illegal immigration. Seal the border.
