Wards of the court are now subject to guardians pocketing their money on a monthly basis and not paying their bills. Many medicare beneficiaries have lost private health insurance like AARP because guardians simply pocket their money and forget to pay the bill. Wards are loosing their houses and forced to go on medicaid and live in group homes, nursing homes, and Assisted Living facilities, and Mental Health units where their housing bill still does not get paid. Wards medical bills are also left unpaid and they are also cut off from their families please make an effort to stop the fiduciaries before it gets any worse and rips families to shreds. People cannot even pay for dental work because the guardians thus do not want to pay for it.
