Many states have enacted new voter ID laws, and many legal voters may not be allowed to vote. I'd like an Executive Order that allows one who is challenged to cast his vote, even if his vote is not counted until his ID is established, or, better, those who challenge his identity are unable to prove he is not who he says he is.
The challenged voter should enjoy the presumption of innocence, and the burden of proof ought to be on the one doing the challenging.
I ask you to sign an Executive order setting ups a system to protect the legal voter from being denied his right
