Executive order to be issued by President Obama to ensure fair ,open and secure elections.

It has become evident that different states have different electronic voting machines ,some are unsecure and don't keep a record of the actual vote. We need a more secure consistent way to vote in America so they are fair ,open and secure. Certain states have some security features and ways to record each vote so it can be audited but they are not using them.These features should be mandatory. We also must be able to audit the vote. The only way to expedite this in light of President Obama is leaving office is to have you issue an executive order to fix this. Republicans seem to benefit from the unsecure machines, evident in exit polls.The oldest democracy in the world needs open and fair elections in order to keep our status as a great example of a thriving democracy.
